Good stewardship
In 2021-22, Covenant Health met or exceeded overall service activity set out in our Cooperation and Service Agreement with Alberta Health Services, which outlines annual service level requirements such as surgery cases, laboratory tests, deliveries and emergency visits as part of our funding allocation. Public interest disclosure report
The Public Interest Disclosure Act requires that organizations report annually on all disclosures of alleged wrongdoing made (or referred) to their designated officer.
